Reason:

This message informs you of the size of the partitions before a restore as they may be re-sized after the restore. It is logged when a restore is done of an entire volume and the volume that you are restoring to is smaller than the original volume.

Action:

You are prompted that you are restoring to a smaller volume and asked if you want to continue the restore operation.
