SCSI Time-out - bus free phase time-out

Reason:

This message indicates that the SCSI bus is giving a busy signal when trying to communicate with tape drive.

Action:

To reset the tape drive and SCSI board, perform the following steps.

  1. Turn the tape drive off and on.
  2. Unload and reload the tape driver.
  3. Shut the server down, power off, restart the server, and reload BrightStor ARCserve Backup.
