Error opening file, TDRVDEF.cfg - no such file or directory

Reason:

TAPESRV.NLM has encountered a problem opening the TDRVDEF.CFG file. This error message indicates that the file may be corrupt or contain mismatched parameters.

Action:

Delete the existing file and load and restart BrightStor ARCserve Backup. In addition, check the following:

• Ensure that the file attributes for TDRVDEF.CFG are Read/Write (not Read Only).
• Ensure that there is adequate disk space.
