Reason:

This message could be caused by one of the following:

• There is no more disk space on the host file server.
• The database may be corrupt or in an inconsistent state.

Action:

For each of the causes, check the following:

1. Use CHKVOL to see if the server has run out of disk space.
2. Look in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Activity Log for the Btrieve error.
3. See E1010.
