Reason:
BrightStor ARCserve Backup cannot lock the file because it is in use.
Action:
Have the user who has this file locked release the file.
From the front end, in the Backup Options screen, do not choose to lock the file if there is a good chance the files will be in use. Instead, choose "Deny None if Deny Write fails" to allow the user to view a file while it is being backed up.
