Failed to Open MAC File [file name][MAC long name] -

Reason:

There can be several reasons for the occurrence of this error:

• The user does not have appropriate rights to open this file.
• The path to the file is incorrect.
• The file does not exist.

Action:

For each of the possible causes, check the following:

1. Use NWADMIN to verify the user has rights to open the file.
2. Check the path to this file.
3. Verify the file exists.
