Failed to Add FTS Record, [NetWare error code]

Reason:

There is something wrong with the BrightStor ARCserve Backup databases.

Action:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup is trying to add a record to the ASDIRDAT database. On the backend, at the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Server menu, check the Activity Log for the Btrieve error number. Look in your Btrieve Installation and Operation Manual for an explanation of the error.
