Failed to Create Work File [file name] to Store Migration Info, [error description]

Module:

ARCopy

Reason:

This error may occur for two reasons

• The user does not have appropriate rights to the BrightStor ARCserve Backup home directory, or
• The file server is out of disk space

Action:

For each of the causes, check the following:

1. Use NWADMIN to check the assigned rights.
2. Check the amount of disk space left on the file server.
