Reason:

Aprocess failed to contact the Tape Server. Communications have been interrupted.

Action:

To resolve this error, perform the following procedure:

  1. Check the logs for errors
  2. Retry the operation
  3. Stop and restart the tape server on the BrightStor ARCserve Backup server.
