Reason:
The APROCESS.NLM had a problem connecting to the host server, or getting a job from the queue.
Action:
To address this error, perform the following:
- Unload and reload the BrightStor ARCserve Backup NLM.
- Submit a test job.
- Reinstall BrightStor ARCserve Backup.
