Reason:

You submitted a Tape Group name that does not exist.

Action:

There is a hardware problem.

• Ensure that the tape group name in the message is the same as that in the TAPESVR.CFG file. If these do not match, use the Manager to change the Tape Group name for the job so that it matches the TAPESRV.CFG file.
• To check for a hardware problem, ensure that the Tape Server is up and can see the Tape Group.
