Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup failed to send the MHS message.

Action:

To address this error message, perform the following:

  1. Ensure that all fields specified through the Manager (for example, MHS server, MHS dir, username, password, and MHS ID) are accurate.
  2. Ensure that the MHS server is up.
  3. Load BrightStor ARCserve Backup -d in the debug mode and analyze the MHS information in the Activity log.
