Reason:

The bindery may be locked or closed by another process or by the Manager.

Action:

If this message occurs sporadically and your jobs are otherwise running properly, it is safe to ignore this error message.

If this message occurs repeatedly and your jobs are not running properly, perform the following procedure:

  1. Unload BrightStor ARCserve Backup.
  2. Run DSREPAIR.
  3. Reload BrightStor ARCserve Backup.

If this procedure fails, unload and reinstall BrightStor ARCserve Backup, recreate the queue, and resubmit your jobs.
