Error 0162
Failed to open report file - [path], [error description]

Reason:
There can be several causes for the occurrence of this error message:
- The file does not exist or the path is incorrect.
- You do not have proper rights to open this file.
- Another user has the file open in exclusive mode.
Action:
For each of the causes, try the following:
- Verify that the file exists and that the path is correct.
- Ensure that the correct rights have been assigned.
- Have the other user release the locked file and flag the file as shareable. To do so, from the Manager, open the Backup Options screen. Check the open files option "Deny None".
