This message indicates that BrightStor ARCserve Backup was unable tell NetWare it has completed the job. Typically, this is caused by a queue, Directory Services or Bindery corruption.
Action:
Deactivate BrightStor ARCserve Backup and delete the job from the queue. Recreate the job and see if the problem persists. If the problem persists run DSRepair of DS.
