Error 0127
Failed to open activity log -[path name] - [error description]

Reason:
This error is generated because of one or more of the following conditions:
- The file server has run out of disk space.
- You do not have appropriate rights to open this file.
- The path to the Activity Log is incorrect or the file does not exist.
- The file may be opened by another process, such as a text editor.
Action:
For each of the causes, check the following:
- Use CHKVOL to check whether the server has run out of disk space.
- Use DSPACE to check if any space restrictions exist.
- Use NWADMIN to ensure that the proper rights have been assigned.
- Check the path to the Activity Log, and ensure that the file is there.
- Ensure that no other process has the activity file open.
