Unable to connect to NDMP Server Device: device number (rc=error code)

Reason:
BrightStor ARCserve Backup was unable to connect to the NDMP server.
Action:
To address this error message, perform the following tasks:
- Ping the filer to ensure that it is accessible from the client node.
- Ensure that the name resolves to the proper IP address.
- Ensure that you can at least map a share on that filer and browse the filer.
