Cannot assign the media to vault. (EC = error code)

Reason:

Failed to assign the media to the vault. If the media that you want to assign already exists in the vault, or is locked by MMO status, MMO will not assign the media to the vault.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
