Cannot create a new schedule record for MMO. (EC = error code)

Reason:

Failed to create a new schedule record. If you use an incorrect schedule table or schedule ID, or the MMO status is locked, the MMO Database does not allow you to create a new schedule record.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
