Reason:
Failed to get a vault criteria descriptor (VCD) record. If you use an incorrect VCD table, the MMO Database does not allow you to get a vault criteria descriptor (VCD) record.
Action:
- Verify that you are using the correct VCD table.
- Check the error code.
