Cannot create a new vault criteria descriptor (VCD) record for MMO. (EC = error code)

Reason:

Failed to create a new vault criteria descriptor (VCD) record. If you use an incorrect VCD table or same VCD ID, the MMO status is locked, the MMO Database does not allow you to create a new vault criteria descriptor (VCD) record.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
