Cannot update a vault record. (EC = error code)

Reason:

Failed to update a vault record. If you use an incorrect vault table or the vault table is locked by MMO status, the MMO Database does not allow you to delete a vault record.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
