Unable to find session number. (MEDIA=media_name, SESSION=session_number, EC=error_code)

Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup cannot find the specified session on the media.

Action:

Check the session number and media.

• The media may be damaged.
• The storage device heads may need cleaning.
• The session may not exist on that tape.
