Reason:
Task queries the Database to find the copied sessions of a session in the staging area. But while doing so, the database returned an internal error.
This could cause the Reports to not work properly.
Action:
Check if the database engine is still running. Verify the server which hosts the database is reachable and also verify that the database services are up and running.
Ensure the following log files are available from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup installation path \LOG directory:
