This happens because of an internal error. During Data Migration when we try to find out the final media to use, we encounter an error.
Action:
Check if the database engine is still running. Make sure the server which hosts the Database is reachable and also make sure that the Database services are up and running.
Ensure the following log files are available from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup installation path \LOG directory:
