Error 3546

Unable to open Encrypted file. (File=<> EC=Error Code)

Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup cannot open the encrypted file.

Action:

Check the error code. This type of error can be caused if the file cannot be opened because it is used by another application (EC=Sharing Violation). If this is the case, retry the backup when the file is not being used.
