Error 3394

Unable to establish TCP reconnection because the agent does not have the requested packet. (SEQ=%d, AGENT=%s)

Reason:

The Server is unable to negotiate the last successful packet that was received from the agent. The negotiation is performed in response to a disconnection where the agent machine reconnects to the server and attempts to restart from the point of failure.

Action:

  1. Investigate the cause of the disconnection itself.
  2. Add the agent to a makeup job (either an auto make up job using BrightStor ARCserve Backup or a manual make up job) and rerun the job with the intention of protecting it.
