Error 3392
Backup server TCP reconnection timeout.

Reason:
For certain TCP/IP connection errors, the backup server waits for the client agent to reestablish the TCP connection. If the agent reconnection request does not come for certain period of time, the backup server will time out and terminate the agent node backup.
This error is usually caused by a problem with the network environment, such as out-of- date network interface card drivers or malfunctioning network hardware.
Action:
- Only certain versions of the Windows Client Agent support this TCP reconnection feature. Please ensure that the agent is one of the following versions:
- BrightStor Enterprise Backup 10.5 or 10.5.1
- BrightStor ARCserve Backup 9.0, 9.01, r11, r11.1, or 11.5
- Ensure that the drivers for your network interface card are the most current drivers available.
- Ensure that your network switches and routers are functioning properly.
