Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup is unable to obtain the name of the SIS common store file that must be backed up with the link.

Action:

Check the case number:

• Insufficient memory.
• Unable to open file to obtain the reparse point data.
• Unable to obtain reparse point data after opening file.
• Unable to use reparse point data to obtain the SIS common store file required.

Check the installation and ensure that the volume is SIS-enabled and that the SIS Common Store folder exists in the volume.
