Reason:
BrightStor ARCserve Backup cannot prepare a Certificate Service server for the restore operation.
Action:
Check the error code and ensure that the system state restore job is performed in Directory Service Restore mode. After the system state is restored, reboot the machine immediately. If the system state restore job runs more than once without rebooting, this error can be generated. To correct this, reboot to Directory Service Restore mode, run the system state restore job again, and reboot the machine.
