Reason:
Certificate Service is currently online. BrightStor ARCserve Backup cannot stop the Certificate Service before the Certificate Service database restore operation.
Action:
Check the error code and make sure the System State restore is performed in 'Directory Service Restore mode. Try stopping Certificate Service using 'Certificate Authority' utility under 'Start\Programs\Administrative Tools' and run restore job again.
