Error 3169

Unable to back up Certificate Services database, Certificate Server is off line.

Reason:

The Certificate Service is currently off line. The Certificate Service can be backed up only when it is on line.

Action:

Run the Certificate Authority utility in Start\Programs\Administrative Tools to start the service and restart the backup job.
