Error 3075

Unable to copy the DR information to the alternate location (EC=error code).

Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup issued this error for one of the following reasons:

• The security information supplied during the setup of the alternation location is invalid.
• The security settings for the alternate location's shared folder are incorrect.
• A connection between the BrightStor ARCserve Backup server and the alternate location could not be established.

Action:

• Verify that the security information supplied for the alternate location is valid. The security information is entering during setup of the Alternate Location. For instructions on how to run the setup, click here.
• Verify that the shared folder for the alternate location has the proper security settings.
• Verify that you can establish a connection between the BrightStor ARCserve Backup server and the computer on which the alternate location is located.
