Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup cannot log on as the specified user. This error appears if you do not have sufficient privileges. You must have local administrator privileges to log on to the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Server.

Action:

Check the error string. Check the user name and password specified in the Server Admin.

On Windows XP and Windows 2003, verify that a password is assigned to the account you are using. Windows XP and Windows 2003 accounts without passwords have guest privileges only, regardless of group assignment.
