Unable to enumerate Exchange Storage Groups (AGENT= agent node name)

Reason:

You are performing a complete Agent for Microsoft Exchange Document Level backup with multistreaming enabled, but BrightStor ARCserve Backup cannot retrieve the Exchange Storage Group List from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Agent for Exchange. This may have happened because either the agent is not running or the security information for the agent is not correct.

Action:

To address this problem, verify the following:

• Ensure that the agent is running on the target computer.
• Verify that the security information is correct.
• Check the Job Log and the Activity Log for more information.
