Unable to find remote file system device access information.(Machine=%s, Media=%s, ID=%d, serial=%s, EC=%d)

Reason:

While creating a data migration job, the Job Engine tries to find the remote File System Device's access credentials from the Tape Engine. While doing so, the Tape Engine returned an error. This could happen for the following reasons:

• The remote machine which hosts the volume might not be accessible.
• An internal bug.

Action:

Please check if the volume on the Remote Machine is accessible.

Ensure the following logs are available from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:

• JobQueue.log
• BrightStor.log
