Reason:

The Database is NOT returning the copied sessions of the staging session because –

• Of an internal bug
• The media on which the copied session was present has already been erased.

Action:

Ensure the following logs are available from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:

• JobQueue.log
• BrightStor.log
