Error 1516
Unable to query database. (EC=%u)

Reason:
The Job Engine failed to query the Database. This would happen because
- The Database was not running at that moment.
- The Database was on a remote host and was unavailable at that moment.
- Check if the CPU utilization is very high (close to 100%). For RAIMA Database, see if rds.exe is utilizing a very high CPU. A high CPU could indicate lots of Database activities like merging the catalogs records or a DB prune job running at that moment.
- An internal error.
Action:
Because of this error, staging related jobs might have problems. To resolve the problem,
- Check if the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Database engine is running. If not, start the Database engine.
- If the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Database is on a remote host, check if the remote host is reachable. And if available, check if the Database engine is running on the machine. If not, verify the remote host is reachable and the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Database engine is running.
- Ensure the following logs are available from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup installation path \ LOG directory:
- JobQueue.log
- BrightStor.log
