Unable to create the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Job Queue. (HOMEDIR=directory, EC=queue error code)

Reason:

The Job Engine was unable to create the Job Queue directory in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup home directory.

Action:

The BrightStor ARCserve Backup home directory may be invalid. Check whether the home directory is a proper DOS format (8.3) directory. If applicable, check whether the drive letter in the home directory exists.
