Reason:

If a time out is specified for this error message, the job may have failed because BrightStor ARCserve Backup could not write to the selected media. If a time out is not specified, this error message can indicate a number of conditions.

Action:

The following will help you to address this message:

• For repeating jobs, no action is necessary. BrightStor ARCserve Backup runs the next job in the backup cycle.
• For a non-repeating Custom job, reschedule the job manually.
• If a time out is not specified, a UNIX error code is attached to the end of this error message. Check the error code for more information.
