The Universal Adapter imports e-mails from multiple Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino journal mailboxes and pre processes them before they go into an e-mail archive system. Specifically, it can resolve e mail duplication, unwrap e-mails that have been through envelope journaling and perform distribution list expansion, showing the members of any recipient lists at the time the e-mail was sent. For details, please refer to the Universal Adapter guide (UA.PDF) in the root folder of this CD.
Requirements are provided in the Universal Adapter guide (UA.PDF), which is in the root folder of this CD.
This Universal Adapter CD contains everything you need to deploy the Universal Adapter. It includes product software for installing the Universal Adapter on servers and client machines, plus the Windows Installer removal utility.
- The root folder contains the Universal Adapter installation wizard and the Universal Adapter guide (UA.PDF)
- The dbms folder contains a script and SQL query for creating an SQL de-duplication database
