You can access CA Service Desk Manager components through CA Management Portal and CA Portal.
Note: CA Management Portal and CA Portal are not shipped with CA Service Desk Manager, and must be purchased and licensed separately. CA Service Desk Manager provides only the most basic information for accessing CA Service Desk Manager through Portal Administration.
