Reason:
An Input/Output exception occurred while trying to connect to a CA XCOM Data Transport server. xxxxxxxx contains the exception text.
Action:
Use the exception text to correct the problem. If the exception occurred during the processing of a transfer container, then the affected container will be retried after the retry interval has expired.
