Reason:
A database exception occurred. xxxxxxxx is the exception type, yyyyyyyy is the function attempted, and zzzzzzzz contains the full exception text.
Action:
Use the exception text to correct the problem. If the exception occurred during the processing of a transfer container, then the affected container will be retried after the retry interval has expired.
