Error occurred when getting list of StagedFile for removal of files after their expired date from database

Reason:

This exception occurred when removing/deleting the stage file after the expiry date from the XCOM_GATEWAY_FILE_DISPOSAL table and the XCOM_GATEWAY_FILE_TRANSFER table, because the XCOM_GATEWAY_FILE table does not have data or is being accessed by another process.

Action:

Review the log file and trace file. Fix the problem or check if any transfer or file details in these tables are pending.
