Delete User Destinations

You can use the Admin page to delete the notification destinations of users.

Important! You must have Super Admin authority to delete a user's notification destinations.

To delete a user's notification destinations

  1. Log in to CA XCOM Gateway.

    The Home page appears.

  2. Click Admin.

    The Admin page appears.

  3. Click Process Users.

    The Process Users page appears.

  4. For a user, click Actions.

    A drop-down list appears.

  5. Click Edit Destinations.

    The Destinations by User page appears, listing the selected user's destinations.

  6. Select a destination.
  7. Click Delete.

    A Delete Destinations confirmation dialog opens.

  8. Click OK.

    The selected destinations are deleted from the user.
