Delete Policy Permissions from a User

You can use the Admin page to delete the policy permissions of users.

Important! You must have Super Admin authority to delete a user's policy permissions.

To delete a user's policy permissions

  1. Log in to CA XCOM Gateway.

    The Home page appears.

  2. Click Admin.

    The Admin page appears.

  3. Click Process Users.

    The Process Users page appears.

  4. For a user, click Actions.

    A drop-down list appears.

  5. Click Edit Permissions.

    The Policy Permissions by User page appears, listing the selected user's policy permissions.

  6. Select a permission.
  7. Click Delete.

    A Delete Permissions confirmation dialog opens.

  8. Click OK.

    The selected policy permissions are deleted from the user.
