Export Users

You can use the Process Users page to export user configurations to an xml file.

To export user configurations

1. Log in to CA XCOM Gateway.

   The Home page appears.

2. Click Admin.

   The Admin page appears.

3. Click Process Users.

   The Process Users page appears.

4. Select one or more users.
5. Click Export.

   An Export File dialog box is displayed.

6. Enter the path and file name for a local PC file to be created.
7. Click Save.

   A local PC file is created, containing details of the selected users.
