Reason:
A CA XCOM Gateway service exception occurred while trying to register the downloaded file with CA XCOM Gateway. xxxxxxxx identifies the reason for the exception. Although the download may have completed, CA XCOM Gateway will not have a record of it.
Action:
Try to use the reason text to correct the problem and download the file again.
