Reason:

A CA XCOM Gateway service exception occurred while trying to register the uploaded file with CA XCOM Gateway. xxxxxxxx identifies the reason for the exception. Although the upload may have completed, CA XCOM Gateway will not have a record of it.

Action:

Try to use the reason text to correct the problem and upload the file again.
